When you book Umrah packages, flights, hotels, visas, or any other service with us, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read them all the way through. The Company can amend these policy agreements at any moment and without notice. Kindly review your issued airline tickets carefully; if you find any errors or missing information, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We won't charge you if you don't let us know about any changes to what's written on the statement. Important note: the data presented here is taken from the principal's statements provided to us at the time of reservation. Also, let us know right away if any of these things change. Please check that all of your flight information is correct.
At least 72 hours before your trip, please confirm your flight. You can't modify or return tickets for any reason. Under all circumstances, we do not confirm prices until the tickets are issued.
We can't control flight delays (for any reason, including bad weather) or cancellations (to or from the UK) that are caused by the operator's failure or inability to meet their legal obligations. We will assist the operator in finding other flights. Make sure you have enough travel insurance to cover this type of problem. However, you must carefully read the invoice.
It will be the customer's responsibility to pay for any modifications to their airline, hotel, or transportation vouchers.
The Company reserves the right to provide an alternate hotel if it can't arrange the one previously agreed upon. Hotel rates are subject to change until full payment or hotel reservation is made. Prices depend on what is available.
Deposits just save seats, not the fare. Pay the interest as soon as possible to avoid any potential fee difference (fare rise). You must pay half of the total fee as a deposit to hold your reservation. Prices change based on availability.
Your money is non-refundable if a flight has been cancelled. Changing your flight might be possible, but the airline might charge additional fees. We will deduct 50% of the deposit from the total amount before we provide the tickets if you decide to cancel the booking.
If you cancel your Umrah Package before obtaining flight tickets, hotel rooms, and transportation passes, what will happen? In such a scenario, you will have to pay a 50% administrative fee for each passenger on your first deposit. If you wish to change or receive a refund for your Umrah Package, we will verify with the airlines whether the tickets can be altered or reimbursed. The airline will tell you how much your ticket refund will be (if any), but they will keep a charge for each passenger. We will also get back to you within 48 hours.
Different airlines have different rules on how much luggage you may bring. Before you leave the house, check how much luggage your ticket allows.
Please notify us within 21 days of the trip or seven days after returning if you are dissatisfied with Eiman Travel services. For safety reasons, you should check in at the airport at least three hours before an international trip and two hours before a domestic flight. Check-in usually closes an hour before the flight leaves, so be on time.
The airline will attempt to provide you with the food you ordered, but it cannot guarantee it. Once you've submitted the request, we'll reach out to the airline on your behalf.
When making travel and lodging arrangements, the customer and the Company must follow English law and jurisdiction. The customer and service provider agree that Saudi Law and Jurisdiction will settle any disagreements that come up in the KSA. Whatever you do, we will not be able to assist you if you violate any local regulations, regardless of how minor or severe the offence may be. The British Embassy or your travel insurance company would be the only ones who could help you.
The applicant is required to have a valid residence permit if they are not citizens of the country they are seeking to enter.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) established the ATOL system and is responsible for ensuring the safety of air travellers on flights and trips. If you offer air packages and flights from the UK, you must have an ATOL licence for the whole time you are on tour. To check our ATOL Number (10416), go to the ATOL website at www.caa.co.uk/ATOL.
Our customers receive an ATOL certificate when they book an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive trip from us. This certificate outlines the financial aspects covered, explains their implications, and provides contact information for any complaints.
The ATOL Certificate's services (or a good substitute) will be supplied by us or the suppliers listed on the certificate. What if the supplier or we can't fill your order because of financial issues? In such a situation, another ATOL holder may be able to do it for us or one of their clients (at no extra cost to you). In these situations, you agree to let the other ATOL holder do their job and pay them the amount that you owe them under your contract.
Moreover, if you are unable to choose an alternate ATOL holder, you are still able to submit a claim through the ATOL program (or your credit card company, if relevant). If the Trustees pay you or provide you with a benefit, you must give any claims you may have against us, the travel agency, or your credit card provider to them. You also agree that if someone else has already paid the amounts that you have claimed, they may be able to get your claims under the ATOL system.
